As this is my first entry of my totally new blog, I shall make it "good". I gotta bathe soon, just came back home after spending a whole day in Toa Payoh.
I didn't go and see the freakin' Talent Quest, damn it. I know they were good, well, most of them, excluding Jansen who was so extra, heard he fell to his knees. Only bad boys fall to their knew, not nerdy freaks like him. Boos to him (Crowd jeers) !
As a result, I only got to see the band's performance during Music Friendship Day. My oh my, I had to say, The Suspended rocked!!! Just that Tiffany played the drums as if she was not playing, Daniel singing was monotonous and no pitching and tone, so out of tune.
Furthermore, Rubber Band had worse singeres like Theophilus! His voice was so deep and he reminded me of a movie where Ashton Kutcher sang "I'll be there for you." And the person living above said, "You suck!" Nathaniel rocks at the drums! Jenkin should really play the drums. Derrick and whoever that girl is, were like sitting ducks playing the electric guitar.
Anyways, I would love Whiplash's performance if I had seen it, I'm sure of it. Must support Year 2s what...... I really regretted not joining this year, bleagh, I know a lot of people hate me and my voice or whatsoever, but I was inspired by Brenda. She said that she knew a lot of people did not like her voice but hey, Whiplash got 3rd for students' votes! Never mind, I will join next year if I have the chance (if the school once again have this competition) , and I will make my SuperBand!!! One thing I realized in all the performances, there was NO DANCING. I would have liked to see them dance. Who's gonna be the next Billy Elliot in the school?
