「 dancing away 3:29 AM 」

Today when my parents went out, which was at 7.30a.m, I immediately woke up and switched on the computer and installed MapleStory. Then I played to 9.30a.m, reaching level 9 within that time. Then I played Rakion until 10.40a.m before buying breakfast at Burger King for my sister and I. Watched Gundam Seed Destiny and Zatch Bell until 12p.m before leaving for Orchard Road.

Went to Forum the Shopping Mall for the Final Auditions of the Young Emperor of Forbidden City: Portrait of an Empress. Reached there at 1p.m, auditions started at 2p.m, hence I spent 1 hour doing nothing.

Get ready for a full recount on the auditions. This weekend rocked for me! After yesterday's tongue twister & impromptu speech I had to do, I did not know what to expect today. First we had a line-up from the shortest to the tallest. Aside from another ACSI 14 years old guy, I was the tallest. We had to give a short impromptu speech again on our name, age and why do we want to be in Forbidden City. I sort of messed up lorx... saying some crap that I lurve to act, sing and dance and about my passion in them and fulfilling my dreams.

Dick Lee made his appearance and I must say, his TV self looks better than his real self. Then the judges made pair-ups because the young emperor has to look the same as they will grow older. Well, you get the point, people grow in the play and they have to look the same. Anyway the judges found a few people to pair-up with me. Cool! I have people who look like me but younger!

Then the younger kids, 4 - 7 years old had to get carried by someone as in the play, Kit Chan has to carry them. Then they were shortlisted to 6 and these 6 kids had to sing a nursery rhyme to display their confidence on stage. Whilst they were doing so, the 7 - 12 years old (they changed to 12 years old instead of 11 as they were too short) , had to prepare a tongue twister and the ACSI guy and I had to read a script from the play and deliver it later. The judge said that they would have 2 casts as we have school and so 1 group will act on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the 2nd group will act on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The tongue twisters went 1st and there were 2 people who delivered it fast and clear. Professional sia...... Then we delivered the script. Finally, the judges decided to announce the results. 3 young kids, 3 older children, and the ACSI guy and I GOT IN!!!

Well, I'm going to get a call on the rehearsals for the play. Rehearsals start on the 15 August and the play starts at 3 September until 27 September, this means 2 weeks of hectic work, juggling my schoolwork and the rehearsals and acting. I'm so glad I got in, I bushed and I havn't done my homework yet. To Hell with JoYeh, he doesn't want to give me the Biology results.
